Hyllarima - Organik Sizma Zeytinyagi - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

It's grown in the village Trilye and Memecik olives at an altitude of 600 altitudes in the HYLLARIMA organic gardens. All stages of olives' transformation into olive oil are carried out in compliance with certification. During cold pressing, the highest level of protection of phenolic compounds and all minerals and vitamins in the olive fruit is ensured at all stages. Olive oil is a quality antioxidant.
